Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, refusal of delivery, or issues related to improper care after delivery.
Returns are strictly limited to instances where the plant is Damaged Upon Arrival (DOA) due to transit.
2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement (Damaged Upon Arrival)
If your plant arrives damaged or dead, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

- Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the damage to both the packaging and the plant upon opening the box.
- Extent of Damage: This policy covers severe damage, such as a broken main stem, significant irreparable root damage, or a completely dead plant.

- Minor Damage: Minor stress (e.g., a few dropped leaves, soil spillage, slight wilting) is normal during transit and does not qualify for a refund. The plants usually recover within a week under proper care.
- Improper Care: Damage occurring after the initial 24-hour delivery window due to neglect, overwatering, lack of light, or climate issues.
- Non-Live Goods: Pots, tools, and accessories are covered by a standard 7-day return/exchange policy if they arrive broken or defective, provided they are unused.
3. The Refund/Replacement Process
