Raj Garden Plants is committed to delivering healthy plants and quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility
Live Plants
Live plants may be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided:
- The plant is returned in substantially the same condition as delivered.
- Any issues (damage, poor condition, incorrect item, dissatisfaction, etc.) are reported within the return window.
- Photographic or video proof may be requested before approval.
Please note:
- Minor transit stress such as a few fallen leaves, slight wilting, or soil movement is normal and may not automatically qualify for a full refund unless the plant condition is significantly affected.
Non-Live Products (Pots, Tools, Accessories, Garden Supplies)
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery if:
- Items are unused or returned in original condition.
- Items are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under this policy.
3. Return Process
Step 1 – Submit Request
