Return and Refund Policy
Raj Garden Plants is committed to delivering healthy plants and quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for all eligible products within 2 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

To qualify for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 2 days from the delivery date and time recorded by the courier.
The product must be returned in its original condition as received.
Clear photographs and/or videos may be required for verification.

2. Return Eligibility

Live Plants

Live plants may be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided:

The plant is returned in substantially the same condition as delivered.
Any issues (damage, poor condition, incorrect item, dissatisfaction, etc.) are reported within the return window.
Photographic or video proof may be requested before approval.

Please note:

Minor transit stress such as a few fallen leaves, slight wilting, or soil movement is normal and may not automatically qualify for a full refund unless the plant condition is significantly affected.

Non-Live Products (Pots, Tools, Accessories, Garden Supplies)

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery if:

Items are unused or returned in original condition.
Items are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under this policy.

3. Return Process

Step 1 – Submit Request

Order Number
Reason for return
Photos/videos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Step 2 – Review & Approval

4. Refund / Replacement Options

If the return is approved:

5. Return Shipping

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment processing begins.

After Shipment:
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched but may be returned under this return policy within 2 days of delivery.
